To Honor God

It is easy for a church to get caught up in its own people, its own name, its own brand, or its own buildings. When that happens, churches can make compromises and get off track. We want to stay on track! We will do so by keeping Christ the focus of this initiative. We will submit to His Word. We will act with integrity. We will steward His resources. And we will do it all for His glory! 

To See All Of UBC Engage

If someone wrote a check tomorrow to cover the cost of this entire initiative, we would still do it. Likewise, even if no one gave an extra penny for this initiative, we would continue it. Why? Because this is about something far more important than money and buildings. It’s about seeing every person who calls UBC their home join in God’s mission and make Him known with their resources. If each of us does whatever God calls us to do with whatever resources He has given, we will be blown away by what the Lord does in our hearts, in our church, and throughout the world over these next two years. 

To Receive $4.5M In Financial Gifts Over 2 Years

For some, $4.5M seems like a lot. For others, it may seem like a little. We believe $4.5M is just right. Since the end of 2019, various groups of UBC leaders have been praying together, discussing together, and eventually deciding together that $4.5M is the appropriate goal for us to pursue. This is the amount of money we believe we will need to accomplish what God is calling us to do. We trust that God will supply all we need, raising up people who can generously and gladly give toward this goal.
