N. India, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayan Mountains, is a place where the gospel needs to get to. The lostness in this area is a staggering 97%. Almost every person that we would meet would not know, or even have heard of, Jesus.
Medical teams will be working with experienced nationals who have developed relationships with Tea Plantation owners and local authorities. Permission has been granted to minister to the day workers and their families with life-changing medical and gospel-care. The medical camp will run 3, or possibly 4 days, where over 3,000 people will be seen.
While primarily a medical trip, non-medical individuals may also go to help at the clinic and look to share the gospel.
UBC will be partnering with TIP International (thei3project.org)
