As an encouragement, UBC’s Women’s Ministry recorded five podcast episodes addressing just a few of the various seasons and “hard places” of motherhood.
Have you ever lost a child? Do you know someone who has endured unimaginable pain from their loss? Have you simply met someone deep in grief, mourning their child’s life? Whether by miscarriage, horrible accident, suicide, or disease, each loss leaves a hole in that mother’s heart that really can’t ever be healed. Today we have the distinct and sobering pleasure of hearing from Anne Bercht, mother to 3 adult children, about her experience facing this loss, her advice to other mothers walking this lonely journey, and how she continues to look for God’s presence in her moments of healing.
