Sandy serves on UBC’s Missions & Mercy Core Team. She and her husband, Jim, lead trips through e3 Partners and are passionate about partnering with and planting churches through short-term trips that involve training, equipping, and mobilization.

Leah leads and organizes women's discipleship as the Discipleship Coordinator for our Women’s Ministry; she connects women of all generations to other women who are mature believers in Christ in 1:1 relationships or micro-groups. Leah has also been involved with YoungLife Ministries for several years.
