Review the events of the services over the weekend as a group. Share some of the highlights and how you saw God working in your family and at UBC. Maybe spend time praying/thanking the Lord once again for the story of Good Friday and Easter

Have someone (or read as a group) read this week’s texts:

Overview questions:

  • Make some observations of what you see in common between all three scenes.

  • What is unique in each scene?

  1. How did Jesus change Mary’s grief?

  2. How did Jesus change Thomas’ doubts?

    1. List some of the tangible evidences we have concerning the resurrection.

  3. How did Jesus change Peter’s sense of failure?

  4. Prayer time:

    1. Once again, pray for any specific people who might fit these categories.

    2. Continue to pray for those who have been mentioned throughout the series.

    3. Pray for our sermon series starting next week: Asking for a Friend.
