Questions for greater discussion
What is a refugee and how should we understand this growing issue around the world?
Wars and conflicts around the world often seem distant. What actions should we take to make ourselves more aware of compassion ministry and needs around the world
What are some ways you have prioritized stuff/things over needs of people?
As we wrap up our sermon series on Mercy, how has the Lord been convicting you regarding compassion, mercy for others, and meeting tangible needs?
John Heading said this in his sermon, “How we treat the sojourners and strangers reveals to us how we serve Jesus.” How does this statement challenge you?
Is the Lord prompting you to serve with “send relief” or refugee ministry at all? If so, what are you going to do to respond?
