Director/Pastor of Biblical Formation & Community Life

Position Summary: The Director/Pastor of Biblical Formation and Community Life (D/PFC) will be responsible for supporting and extending the pastoral ministry of the Lead Pastor, while helping people at UBC know Christ biblically and relationally through their participation in the group life of our church.

Church Summary: By God’s grace, we are a growing church in Beavercreek, Ohio - a small city that is both suburban and rural in nature. Our mission is to help people become wholehearted followers of Jesus Christ, who know Him and make Him known. Between 1200-1500 people attend our services each week, with more joining our livestream.  We are a multi-generational church with a high number of college students and young families in addition to plenty of empty-nesters and grandparents. People describe us as being relaxed in style, conservative in theology, and loving in attitude. We are a 55-year old church and members of the Southern Baptist Convention.
