Director of Women’s Ministries

*This position will be hired in 2025 pending congregational budget approval on December 14, 2024

Position Summary: The Director of Women’s Ministries (DWM) will, under the oversight of the Elder Body, be responsible for helping the women of UBC pursue biblical womanhood by 1) overseeing all areas of women’s ministry in the church; and 2) ensuring biblically-based care is available for the women of the church, to help the women of UBC know Christ biblically and relationally.

Church Summary: By God’s grace, we are a growing church in Beavercreek, Ohio - a small city that is both suburban and rural in nature. Our mission is to help people become wholehearted followers of Jesus Christ, who know Him and make Him known. Between 1200-1500 people attend our services each week, with more joining our livestream.  We are a multi-generational church with a high number of college students and young families in addition to plenty of empty-nesters and grandparents. People describe us as being relaxed in style, conservative in theology, and loving in attitude. We are a 55-year old church and members of the Southern Baptist Convention.
